This month's FINE (Family Involvement Network of Educators) Newsletter has significantly expanded its Resources section by publishing a compilation of family involvement resources available on the Web, with links to research, information, programs, and tools from over 100 national organizations. Also new this month is research on whether graduate students in early childhood programs are family-centered as well as research on how involved families with children with disabilities are in their children's education. Sherick Hughes, Assistant Professor at the University of Toledo, answers how we can prepare teachers to work with culturally diverse students and their families. As usual, this month's newsletter has links to many other family involvement resources on the Web, including reports, articles, a toolkit, survey data, evaluations, upcoming events, and a funding opportunity.
