We are seeking out-of-school time (OST)/expanded learning program directors to pilot Afterschool Evaluation 101: How to Evaluate an Expanded Learning Program. Slated for release in December 2011, Afterschool Evaluation 101 will be our newest tool designed to facilitate OST program evaluations. Our OST Update subscribers will receive an email when we release it.

Who may apply

We are looking for program directors who are either in the beginning stages of planning an evaluation, or already in the process of conducting one. If you think that Afterschool Evaluation 101 could help inform your evaluation, and you are willing to provide feedback on your experience using it, we invite you to apply to become one of our pilot organizations.

What to expect
As part of the piloting process, we will check in with you throughout your evaluation to inquire about how useful the tool has been to your evaluation project. We will offer a small stipend to thank you for your time.

How to apply
If you are interested in applying, please complete the application by December 20, 2011. We will contact you by email in February to let you know whether you have been selected for the pilot. Your participation will help make this an even more valuable tool for other practitioners who use it in the future!
