We are pleased to launch a new area of our website devoted to parent, family, and community engagement (PFCE) in early childhood education.
To help you quickly find the research reports, professional development tools, and articles that are most relevant to your work, we have organized our resources by the following categories:
Areas of Practice
Program Foundations
Building Capacity for Quality Programs
These categories reflect the essential components of parent and family engagement in early childhood settings, and the resources in each group highlight strategies for promoting positive outcomes for children and families. The Areas of Practice and Program Foundations are adapted from the PFCE Framework, developed in partnership with The Office of Head Start National Center on Parent, Family, and Community Engagement.
