The Epoch Times features the Center for Digital Government’s annual list of the top 10 most digital cities in the United States. The list ranks cities according to their ability to incorporate information technology into city operations to improve life for their constituents. The article highlights Technology Goes Home (TGH), an education initiative featured in Harvard Family Research Project’s periodical The Evaluation Exchange.

The article quotes Todd Sander, Digital Communities’ director: "This year's winners continue to demonstrate the transformative power of information technology." Not only are adults empowered by the TGH program, but children’s school performance is also improved.

Excerpt from the article:

Of the 1,400 families that have graduated from [Technology Goes Home] program, 35 percent of the adults report having their job status improved and 90 percent of children report doing better in school, according to an article published in The Evaluation Exchange.
