Welcome to the Parent University Network at Harvard Family Research Project. Parent University Network members are committed to building family capacity, usually through courses and trainings, to promote children’s learning and development.

Parent University Network members represent a breadth of expertise, experiences, backgrounds, and job responsibilities. While some members are sponsored by schools, others are community-based. Common principles guiding members’ work include

  • empowering families as supporters and advocates of children’s school success;
  • fostering positive social and informational connections among families; and
  • strengthening partnerships among families, schools, and community-based organizations.

We hope that the Parent University Network will help members to network, support, and exchange new ideas and practices with each other.

Send us an email to join the Parent University Network.
